This tasty parmesan crusted orange roughy allows you to still feel like you're indulging, without all the extra calories and fat.
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 (4 oz) Orange Roughy Fillets
Directions:
- In a shallow bowl, beat egg and milk.
- In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
