You Want to Eat Light this Week

May 13, 2009 by

It's ok, it happens to all of us.

You indulged a little too much over the past few weeks.

And this morning when you were getting ready for work, your pants were a *little* too snug in the waist.

Don't worry, I've still got you covered.  My next few posts will include healthy recipes, but still tasty so you won't feel deprived.

Whenever I'm feeling the need to eat better, I turn to healthy fish and veggies.

And this tasty parmesan crusted orange roughy allows you to still feel like you're indulging, without all the extra calories and fat.

So the next time you're feeling the need to lighten your load a tad, rest easy.  You've got the perfect recipe to start your week off on a high note.

Until our next meal,

Rebecca

Delightful!!! The best white-fleshed fish I have ever had (no exaggeration!!!). Neither my husband nor I typically enjoy the mild taste of white-fleshed fish. Yet, the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese add so much flavor. Truly genius!!!
