I have never been a real fan of cranberry sauce, because I never tasted one I liked. This was so AWESOME that I made batches of it, and gave it too friends who loved it as much as I did. I used a fresh orange, 1/2 cup dried cherries and 1/2 cup raisins, and only a pinch of nutmeg. It's great on bagels with or without cream cheese!

I even stocked up on cranberries so I can make it through out the year. I plan on canning it next year during cranberry season.

Thanks, I really appreciate great recipes!
