Well go ahead and put on your workout clothes, because this recipe not only has a super easy prep, but a hands-off cooking style, and hardly any clean-up at all.

If you're not used to cooking with foil packets you're in for a treat.  They're so easy and everything comes out extra juicy.

And this apricot and curry chicken packet recipe is one of my absolute favorite things to make using foil packets.
