This left over tortilla soup is a really good way to prepare left over turkey. Thanksgiving turkey tastes great the first day and it's usually just as good the next day for leftovers, but by the 2nd or third day it's a little drier and most of the side dishes are gone. This tortilla soup is much better than Thanksgiving leftovers prepared the same old way for three days in a row.
